これは稗瘤種（ひりゅうしゅ、Milium）と言われているものであることがほとんどです。

 

では稗瘤種とは何か？

 

 

**稗瘤種（ひりゅうしゅ、Milium）**は、皮膚の表面に形成される小さな白色または黄色の固い嚢胞です。これは、角質（皮膚の死んだ細胞）が皮膚の中に閉じ込められてできるもので、一般的に「ミリア」とも呼ばれます。特に顔、目の周り、頬、額などに見られます。

 

（１）特徴

①外観：

 

小さな白色または黄色の隆起物で、直径1〜2ミリメートル程度です。触ると固く感じられます。

 

②発生部位：

 

主に顔、特に目の周りや頬、額に発生します。まれに体の他の部分にも現れることがあります。

 

③無痛：
