マンジャロ（Mounjaro）、ビクトーザ（Victoza）、および**リベルサス（Rybelsus）**は、いずれも2型糖尿病の治療に使用されるGLP-1受容体作動薬であり、体重管理やダイエット効果も期待されています。しかし、これらの薬の効果には違いがあります。

 

（１）マンジャロ（Mounjaro）

①特徴とメカニズム

マンジャロは、2022年にアメリカ食品医薬品局（FDA）に承認された新しい治療薬です。主成分は**チルゼパチド（Tirzepatide）**であり、GLP-1（グルカゴン様ペプチド-1）とGIP（胃抑制ペプチド）の二重作動薬です。

二重作動：GLP-1とGIPの2つの受容体を同時に刺激することで、インスリン分泌を増加させ、血糖値をコントロールすると同時に、食欲を抑制し、体重減少効果を高めます。

 

②効果

体重減少効果：臨床試験で、マンジャロはビクトーザやリベルサスよりも優れた体重減少効果が示されています。治療を受けた患者の多くが、他のGLP-1作動薬に比べて著しい体重減少を報告しています。

 

血糖コントロール：血糖値の低下においても、マンジャロは他のGLP-1作動薬に比べて強力であり、HbA1cの減少が顕著です。

 

（２）ビクトーザ（Victoza）

①特徴とメカニズム

ビクトーザの主成分は**リラグルチド（Liraglutide）**で、GLP-1受容体作動薬です。ビクトーザは、食後のインスリン分泌を促進し、グルカゴンの分泌を抑制することで血糖をコントロールします。

また、脳の食欲中枢に作用して食欲を抑える効果があります。

 

②効果

体重減少効果：ビクトーザは体重減少効果がありますが、マンジャロと比較するとやや効果が弱いとされています。

血糖コントロール：HbA1cの低下に効果的ですが、マンジャロほどの強力な効果はないとされています。

 

（３）リベルサス（Rybelsus）

①特徴とメカニズム

リベルサスの主成分は**セマグルチド（Semaglutide）**で、経口GLP-1受容体作動薬です。セマグルチドはGLP-1受容体に作用し、インスリン分泌を促進し、食欲を抑制します。

経口薬であるため、服用の利便性が高いのが特徴です。

 

②効果

体重減少効果：リベルサスも体重減少効果があり、ビクトーザよりも効果的だとされていますが、マンジャロと比較すると効果はやや劣ると考えられます。

 

血糖コントロール：HbA1cの低下に効果的ですが、やはりマンジャロには及びません。

Today, I will discuss the comparison of effects between Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), Victoza (Liraglutide), and Rybelsus (Semaglutide).

 

Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), Victoza (Liraglutide), and Rybelsus (Semaglutide) are all GLP-1 receptor agonists used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and are also expected to aid in weight management and diet control. However, there are differences in their effectiveness.

 

1. Mounjaro (Tirzepatide)

 

Features and Mechanism: Mounjaro was approved by the U.S. FDA in 2022 as a new treatment. The active ingredient is Tirzepatide, a dual agonist for GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) and GIP (Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide).

 

Dual Action: By stimulating both GLP-1 and GIP receptors simultaneously, it enhances insulin secretion, controls blood sugar levels, suppresses appetite, and increases weight loss effectiveness.

Effects:
