今回は、ニキビ治療の切り札、アクネトレントについて解説します。

アクネトレント（一般名：イソトレチノイン）は、主に中等度から重度の尋常性ざ瘡（にきび）の治療に用いられる薬です。以下にアクネトレントの特徴、薬理作用、用法用量、効果、改善する症状、副作用について説明します。

 

（１）特徴

アクネトレントはビタミンA誘導体であり、皮脂腺の働きを抑え、角質の形成を正常化することでにきびの改善を図る薬です。通常、他の治療法（抗生物質や外用薬）が効果を示さなかった場合に使用されます。

 

（２）薬理作用

イソトレチノインは以下のような作用を持ちます：

 

皮脂分泌の抑制：皮脂腺の活動を抑え、皮脂の過剰分泌を減少させます。

・一時的なにきびの悪化:

 

アクネトレントの治療開始後、初期に皮膚の炎症やにきびの増加が見られることがあります。これは薬剤が皮脂腺の活動を抑制し、角質のターンオーバーを促進する過程で起こるものです。

 

・皮膚の乾燥と剥離:

 

皮膚の乾燥や剥離、赤みが強くなることがあります。これも好転反応の一部とされ、皮膚の新陳代謝が活発になっている証拠です。

 

②好転反応の対処法
