（１）リベルサス（Rybelsus）
特徴:
リベルサス（一般名：セマグルチド）は、GLP-1（グルカゴン様ペプチド-1）受容体作動薬です。
効果:
食欲抑制: GLP-1は食欲を抑制するホルモンであり、リベルサスはこれを模倣して食欲を減少させる効果があります。
血糖コントロール: 食後の血糖値上昇を抑える効果もあります。
体重減少: 継続的な使用により、体重減少が期待できます。特にBMIが高い患者に対して効果的です。
（２）サノレックス（Sanorex）
特徴:
サノレックス（一般名：マジンドール）は、食欲抑制薬であり、短期間の肥満治療に使用されます。
効果:
食欲抑制: 中枢神経に作用して食欲を抑制します。
体重減少: 短期間の使用で体重減少効果が見られますが、長期使用は推奨されません。
副作用:
サノレックスは、のどの渇きが起きやすいです。
（３）マンジャロ（Mounjaro）
特徴:
マンジャロ（一般名：トリセミチド）は、GLP-1とGIP（グルコース依存性インスリン分泌刺激ポリペプチド）の二重受容体作動薬です。これは、最近承認された注射薬です。
効果:
