**アクネトレント（Acnetrent）**は、一般にイソトレチノインとして知られているビタミンA誘導体の一つで、重症のニキビ治療に使用されます。この薬は、従来の治療法で効果が見られない場合に処方されることが多いです。

 

（１）特徴

①強力な効果：

 

イソトレチノインは、重症の尋常性ざ瘡（ニキビ）に対して非常に効果的です。特に、シストや結節性ニキビの治療に使用されます。

 

②ビタミンA誘導体：

 

ビタミンAの合成誘導体であり、皮脂腺の活動を抑制し、皮膚のターンオーバーを正常化します。

①用法：

初期用量は体重1kgあたり0.5mgから1mgで、1日に2回に分けて服用します。通常、4週間から6週間の間隔で調整されます。

最大用量は1日あたり2mg/kgまで増量することができますが、症状や副作用に応じて医師が調整します。

治療期間は通常16〜24週間ですが、症状の重さや治療効果に応じて変更されることがあります。
