メディカルダイエットにおいて、「リベルサス（セマグルチド）」と「サノレックス（マジンドール）」は、いずれも食欲を抑えることで体重を減らす効果がありますが、作用機序・適応・効果の出方・副作用の特徴が異なるため、患者さんの体質やライフスタイルに応じて使い分けることが重要です。以下に、それぞれの特徴と使い分けのポイントを丁寧に解説します。

 

■ リベルサス（セマグルチド）の特徴

リベルサスは、GLP-1受容体作動薬という種類の薬で、本来は糖尿病治療薬として開発されましたが、強い食欲抑制・血糖調整・脂肪燃焼促進作用があるため、肥満治療にも非常に有効とされます。

 

• 作用の仕組み

小腸ホルモン（GLP-1）に似た働きをし、胃の排出を遅らせて満腹感を持続させる。

モチベーションを維持したまま集中して痩せたい人

• 注意点

依存性・耐性のリスクがあるため、連続使用は最大3ヶ月までが原則
