今回は、ED治療はアンチエイジングの観点からも重要、について解説します。

 

ED治療は内服薬の使用が可能ですが、加齢にともなって生じることが多いので、根本的には細胞の若返りが必要です。

 

 

勃起不全（ED）治療の内服薬には、主に以下の3つの種類があります。それぞれの薬理作用、効果、副作用、利点について説明します。

 

1. シルデナフィル（バイアグラ）

 

（１）薬理作用

シルデナフィルは、ホスホジエステラーゼ5（PDE5）阻害剤として作用します。PDE5は、勃起を終了させる酵素であり、シルデナフィルはこの酵素の働きを抑制することで、サイクリックGMP（cGMP）の分解を防ぎます。これにより、血管の平滑筋が弛緩し、陰茎への血流が増加し、勃起を促進します。

 

（２）効果

シルデナフィルは、性的刺激があった場合に勃起をサポートします。効果は服用後約30分から1時間で現れ、4〜5時間持続します。

頭痛

顔のほてり

最も広く知られ、使用されているED治療薬

短時間作用型であり、服用タイミングを調整しやすい

 

 

2. タダラフィル（シアリス）

 

（１）薬理作用

タダラフィルもPDE5阻害剤で、シルデナフィルと同様にcGMPの分解を抑制します。しかし、タダラフィルは半減期が長いため、効果が長時間持続します。

 

（２）効果

タダラフィルの効果は服用後約30分から2時間で現れ、最大36時間持続します。このため、「週末薬」とも呼ばれています。

 

（３）副作用

頭痛

消化不良

腰痛

筋肉痛

鼻づまり

顔のほてり

 

（４）利点

長時間作用型であり、服用タイミングに柔軟性がある

性行為のタイミングを気にせずに済む

毎日服用することで、24時間いつでも効果を期待できる

シアリスは食事の影響を受けにくく、食事のタイミングに関係なく服用できる

 

ED治療薬にはそれぞれ独自の利点があります。短時間作用型のシルデナフィルは、効果が早く現れるため、計画的な性行為に適しています。

Today, I will explain why ED (Erectile Dysfunction) treatment is important from an anti-aging perspective.

 

ED treatment can involve the use of oral medications, but since it often occurs with aging, fundamentally rejuvenating the cells is necessary.

 

There are three main types of oral medications for ED treatment. Below, I will explain the pharmacological actions, effects, side effects, and benefits of each.

 

#### Sildenafil (Viagra)

 

**1. Pharmacological Action**:

- Sildenafil works as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. PDE5 is an enzyme that ends an erection, and Sildenafil inhibits this enzyme, preventing the breakdown of cyclic GMP (cGMP). This relaxes the smooth muscles in the blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the penis and promoting an erection.

 

**2. Effect**:

- Sildenafil supports an erection when there is sexual stimulation. The effects begin to appear about 30 minutes to an hour after taking the medication and last for 4-5 hours.

 

**3. Side Effects**:

- Headache

- Flushing

- Indigestion

- Visual disturbances (blue vision)

- Nasal congestion

- Dizziness

 

**4. Benefits**:

- The most widely known and used ED medication

- Effects appear relatively quickly

- Short-acting, making it easy to adjust the timing of intake

 

#### Tadalafil (Cialis)

 

**1. Pharmacological Action**:

- Tadalafil is also a PDE5 inhibitor and works similarly to Sildenafil by inhibiting the breakdown of cGMP. However, Tadalafil has a longer half-life, so its effects last longer.

 

**2. Effect**:

- Tadalafil's effects begin to appear about 30 minutes to 2 hours after taking the medication and can last up to 36 hours, hence it's often referred to as the "weekend pill".

 

**3. Side Effects**:

- Headache

- Indigestion

- Back pain

- Muscle pain

- Nasal congestion

- Flushing

 

**4. Benefits**:

- Long-acting, offering flexibility in the timing of intake

- No need to worry about the timing of sexual activity

- Daily use can provide 24-hour effectiveness

- Cialis is less affected by food, so it can be taken regardless of meal timing

 

Each ED medication has its unique benefits. Sildenafil, as a short-acting drug, is suitable for planned sexual activity because its effects appear quickly.

 

From an anti-aging perspective, early adoption of ED treatment is also beneficial.

 

In addition to ED medications, treatments that rejuvenate cells, such as exosome IV drips and NMN IV drips, are also effective for ED. Using these in combination can provide a more fundamental treatment.
